I Am Yoga aims to provide communities with practices and tools that add value to their lives and promote overall well-being. Through yoga asana and meditation, Ayurveda and nutrition, and life counseling, I Am Yoga encourages students to approach their journey with an open heart and open mind and embark in this practice of self-study and self-exploration to cultivate equanimity, kindness, compassion, and gratitude.
