Core Central - (All levels)

A signature class designed around the core muscles of the body. Integrating yoga and functional exercises, this class challenges the student to re-organize movement patterns in new ways while developing body awareness and building strength.

 

Dynamic flow - (experienced)
A perfect class for the intermediate/advanced student who enjoys a challenging yet accessible invigorating flow. Anywhere from a vigorous flow to active- restorative and always with an emphasis on healthy alignment this class help you increase strength and flexibility.

 

Express Flow - (All levels)

An energizing flow designed to move you graciously between poses while maintaining breath awareness. Side effects - you may affront the rest of the day with increased enthusiasm.

 

Flow & Restore - (All levels)

The first part of the class is vinyasa flow with focus on alignment and breathing. The last 20 minutes will be spent in peaceful restorative poses that will leave you rested and rejuvenated.

 

Gentle Flow - (All levels)

A gentle way to ease your mind and body into your day. This class focuses on warming up different parts of your body with a balance of alignment instruction and a slow vinyasa flow designed for beginners and intermediate. Start your day alert and centered.

 

I Am Yoga 101 - (All levels)

A beginner's class, also encouraging to students who want to revisit the foundations of their practice. The class focuses primarily on  poses constituting the sun-salutation sequence - surya namaskara - and other commonly used poses in flow classes.

 

Meditation - (All levels)

Meditation is inspired by the tradition of Kriya Yoga as imparted by Paramahansa Yogananda. Meditation classes are open and free to all.

 

Open Flow - (All levels)

Whether you are a beginner or an intermediate yoga practitioner, the class offers guidance on how to flow gracefully and safely from one level to the next. This is an energizing class that challenges your body (to the degree you allow it to) while emphasizing breath work and awareness.

 

Roll & Restore - (All levels)

Therapy ball massage (Yoga Tune Up®) will be offered at the beginning of the class to help banish tightness and stiffness from your body. The last portion of the class will be spent in tranquil restorative poses to allow your body reclaim its natural vitality.

 

Slow Flow - (All levels)

The perfect class for centering the mind and moving the body. Great to be taken early in the morning to start the day fully energized, or in the evening so to shake off the day's weight.

 

TRX - Strength & Mobility - (All levels)

The TRX (Total body Resistance eXercise) class combines elements of strength training and yoga poses to improve flexibility and range of motion. This is a full body, super efficient workout that will improve your overall stability, strength, and will give your daily movements a new flow. This class can be as challenging as you want it to be.

 

Yoga Nidra with Sound Healing - (All levels)

Yoga Nidra or Yogic Sleep, is an ancient tantric practice that rejuvenates the body, heightens awareness and is one of the deepest possible states of relaxation while still maintaining full consciousness. The class involves movement, sound therapy, and breathing techniques aiming to prepare the body to rest at ease during the yoga Nidra guided meditation.

 

Yoga Tune Up® - Release & Restore - (All levels)

A fun and gentle class built around myofascial release with the use of Yoga Tune Up® therapy balls. Different areas of the body will be massaged and stretched to release tension and tightness and help muscles and connective tissues restore to their innate state. Designed to increase awareness and proprioception and promote postural integrity. Appropriate for all levels.
